The Designated Eater, now on video! Lance Carter, with a crucial assist from velvety-voiced, iron-stomached broadcaster Keith Raad, explores the culinary creations offered at the Frisco RoughRiders’ home of Dr Pepper Ballpark.

Come for the street tacos, stay for the Texas-sized chicken-fried steak sandwich. (And please excuse my appearance in the beginning of the video, it was before the hair and make-up artists arrived on the scene.)
